Sad wings of destiny (cd)

Restored from the original 1976 analogue master tapes, this 50th Anniversary release is the definitive edition of Sad Wings of Destiny. Released in 1976, Sad Wings of Destiny stands as one of the most influential albums in heavy metal history, helping define the genre with classics including "Victim of Changes," "The Ripper," and "Tyrant." Produced in cooperation with Judas Priest, this edition was mastered specifically for vinyl at half speed to preserve the power and dynamic range of the analogue recordings while revealing exceptional clarity and depth. Presented in the band's intended running order beginning with "Prelude," it restores the listening experience as originally envisioned.
