The goal of this study is to analyze the structure of the Finnish mobile cluster, identify the main drivers and obstacles for the success of mobile services, and assess the competitive potential of the Finnish mobile services production. The focus of the study is in the provision of mobile content and mobile network access, thus putting only minor emphasis on the terminal manufacturing business. The technology used in mobile services and the characteristics of successful mobile services are not in the focus of this study.
