FROM COMPILERP. I. Tchaikovsky's operas and ballets belong to theatre orchestras' traditional repertory. This very book exposes the collection of technically difficult solos and ensemble excerpts from such compositions.The compositions without evident difficulties were not studied in this work. To make these excerpts' main idea more accessible the author gives tempo and dynamical indications from the scores.The author uses the scenes' and acts' numbers as to mark the order of the excerpts' arrangement in either opera or ballet. Thus it will be easy to find them in some score or a part.In addition the author included the Second Oboe part. It gives the chance to practice both parts separately and together, understanding better rhythmical base and harmonic fluctuations in the excerpts.The author hopes this book to be useful for orchestra difficulties' studying in Tchaikovsky's operas and ballets.This book is based on the scores from the Complete works by P. I.
