Mice

A page-turning thriller full of suspense about a bullied girl and her mother and the horrific turn their lives take in the middle of a dark and desolate night. Sixteen year old Shelley and her mother move to Honeysuckle cottage, hoping to put behind them years of suffering. Shelley has endured bullying, and her mother has been left reeling following a divorce from her selfish, demanding husband. Shelley and her mother are 'mice' - timid and obliging and in their cottage, they flourish. But one night, Shelley wakes to hear a creak on the stairs.
