A story of the tragicomic and the bittersweet, set against
the backdrop of post-Brexit Britain, and one man's choice about what is most
important.





Since the
tragic death of his wife, Henry Lord has led an unremarkable life. He lives
alone and works for a somewhat Kafkaesque bureaucratic organisation in London.
Nothing ever changes - until a case of mistaken identity plunges Henry into a
world for which he is unprepared, embroiled on both sides of a struggle for
Britain's future.





Targeted
by political extremists and the recipient of death threats and actual violence,
Henry is appalled by the country he once knew and understood. He must take a
stand and fight, using the political power he has inadvertently been given. Can
one man change the course of history?





With the
most serious relationship with a woman since his wife developing and mysterious
complications with his daughter, Henry is ultimately forced to make a choice
between the personal and the political, and once and for all decide what is
really important.
