Today, Bioinformatics community is facing several challenges. To handle large amount of data, robust systems are required that enable bioinformatics analysis to be carried out easily. To perform fast and accurate analysis, development of new algorithms and methods is required to make sense of large quantities of data generated in large-scale efforts of biological community. This will be a valuable contribution in this context.
