The book was conceptualised for research scholars, fisheries development officers, entrepreneurs, technical experts and fish farmers who have an interest in computer vision and Machine Learning technology. These tools have now touched every field of science and management. Several applications of these technologies are possible in the fisheries and aquaculture sector, too. The pedagogy of this book involved theory and practical sessions to provide comprehensive learning and thus provide complete theoretical and practical knowledge about different Machine learning algorithms, object detection, object classification, and feature extraction. Additionally, Practical experience with YOLO, R-software, PyCharm software and Google Colab environment was also provided.
