The 'Restaurant Ikarus' in Hangar-7 is the landing spot for international star chefs. Every year, Executive Chef Martin Klein visits selected top chefs around the world and develops menus with them that delight guests at the restaurant at Salzburg Airport.

'Ikarus.?Salzburg Welcomes the World'?documents a special year: alongside great culinary art from the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, and Brazil, Hangar-7 undergoes a comprehensive makeover - and during the renovation work, cooking continues at two pop-up locations. The book on this culinary adventure also presents itself completely renewed: stories about the culture of the guest chefs' countries take a central place, recipes show how to bring star quality into your own kitchen. Additionally, the book offers access to a digital experience and the respective ServusTV shows via QR codes. A culinary yearbook for diving in, indulging, marveling - and replicating.
