From decorated notebooks, bookmarks, and refrigerator magnets to edible treats, shell mobiles, and key rings, this inviting manual provides step-by-step directions for more than 50 projects, one on each double-page spread, that children can do themselves with adult supervision (at least one requires use of the stove). Some, which use clay and salt dough, are for messy crafters; others are for neat and tidy ones. There are sewing projects as well as fun art projects, such as painting round stones to make pebble pets with funny goggle-eyes.
