Due to advancement and severe competition among organizations in this modern era, there is an adequate requirement of the development of organizational culture consequently leading to the enhancement of employee performance. The core aim of this book is to examine the impact of organizational culture on the employee performance in various software houses so here we have studied the impact of independent variables which are employee participation, customer service orientation, reward system, openness to communication and risk taking and innovation on employee performance.
