Feeling down on himself, carp Wo Ti boost his confidence and worth when he devises a plan to trick the stealthy cat that has been feasting on the grounds of Peking's Summer Palace.

When a devious cat known as Kitti Ho makes his way into the peaceful garden of Peking's Summer Palace, he finds himself with numerous options for nourishment-from the birds of the grounds to little goldfish, both so plentiful that no one notices Kitti Ho taking his share.
